Construction details
Cord
High modulus polyester tensile cords are resistant to stretching. This eliminates re-tensioning maintenance and significantly improves energy efficiency.
Rubber
The transverse fiber rubber provides more power and higher cord tension, which increases the belt’s ability to transmit more power.
Wrap 2X for increased grip strength and increased abrasion resistance. This particular winding is rubber-impregnated and fused to the core of the belt.

LOW DRIVE WEAR:
The fabric cover wears less pulleys than traditional raw edge toothed v-belts and operates with less tension, which reduces drive wear.
LOW NOISE:
Belt fabric wrap reduces noise often attributed to the use of raw edge belts.
