ALPHA FLEX
Endless extruded with custom options available
ALPHA FLEX polyurethane timing belts are designed to meet a wide variety of applications. This timing belt is produced as an endless belt without any break in the tension reinforcement, according to the customer’s length specification. This means that two spirally wound tensile cords are used.
Standard steel cord structures are also available in stainless steel and aramid. Length range of 1500-24000mm (60-945in) and production widths of 100mm or 150mm.
For belts with a length of at least 1,500 mm, the tooth side of optibelt ALPHA FLEX can be covered with polyamide fabric (PAZ).
Custom options include cleats, guides and fabrics. Minimum quantities apply.
