Optibelt ALPHA SRP

The cast-lock and coated Optibelt SRP timing belt is produced in a single production step and is used in conveying systems.

The polyurethane is poured between the core mold and the special outer mold with an increased inner diameter or special outer molds with the desired contour for the locks.

By rotating the inner and outer dies around the central axis, a Shore hardness different from that of the teeth can be achieved using centrifugal casting.
